  20. There is a difference between what you see on tv and the paused image on a vcr,
  21. this is because with tv you see many frames in sequence and this averages out
  22. to more detail.  The Snappy takes several frames from the video source and
  23. calculates a higher resolution, this is what makes it different from other
  24. products (as far as I know).  It is supposed to be able to grab an image in 
  25. 1/60th of a second, whether that is good or bad commparitively I don't know.
